John provides overall strategic direction and leadership for all the work of Hope Ndoto Africa. Driven by his unwaivering passion for making lasting change in the lives of children enslaved by poverty in Uganda. 

Justine Namukasa

COO & Sponsorship Director

Justine joined Hope Ndoto Africa in 2018 supporting all departments in delivery of program activities, including Club 3:16, Sponsorship and P.A roles to the CEO. With a strong heart for helping those living in poverty, education and Christian discipleship.

Jovia Nabakka

Finance Personnel – Uganda

Jovia joined Hope Ndoto Africa as Director Finance in 2018, providing good stewardship of resources through proper keeping of records, financial practices and reporting.

Justine Meeme Kizito

Sponsorship Coordinator Butambala

Justine Meeme joined Hope Ndoto Africa in 2020,she is responsible for letter writing, distribution of scholastic materials, teaching in Club 3:16 and is involved in all other activities of our sponsorship program. She has a heart for changing lives of children living in poverty and Christian discipleship.

Cami Cassaday

Chairman Hope Ndoto Board-USA

Cami is a teacher by profession and believes in supporting families to better their children in order to escape out of poverty. She runs an interact club at her school and is committed to changing lives through Education.

Diana Rossie Lunkuse

Sponsorship Coordinator Mityana

Diana Rossie joined Hope Ndoto Africa in 2021,she is responsible for letter writing, distribution of scholastic materials, teaching in Club 3:16 and is involved in all other activities of our sponsorship program. She loves children and has a heart for changing lives of those living in poverty and Christian discipleship.

Betsy Dalglish

Program manager USA

In 2018, Betsy heard about the work of Hope Ndoto Africa in Uganda and she fell in love with the children. Betsy is compassionate and experienced in visual arts and working with the community and has a zeal to see families break the cycle of childhood poverty. She is good at advocating for education and community development in Africa. She has a heart for ministry and will use her gifts to represent HNA.
